DJ Skee and the Game put together and released a 24 track mixtape titled, “California Republic” . The Game is never short for good rhymes or a good beat and this mixtape lacks neither. This mixtape is big name heavy with features from Rick Ross, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, French Montana, Fabolous, Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, Lupe Fiasco, Snoop Dogg, Drake, Lyfe Jennings, Shyne, and Nipsey Hussle. The production is not far behind in famous names with  Tre Beats, Just Blaze, Cool & Dre, Tyler, the Creator, Lex Luger, Infamous, The Neptunes, Boi 1-da, and Mars helping out as well. In describing this mixtape and its namesake, the Game explains that, “A lot of stars are in and out of town for countless awards and what not and everybody appreciates the California sun and everything under it. From the good green, the women, ya know, just our lifestyle. That’s pretty much what it’s about.” If that’s not a good enough sign you need to listen to the tape, I don’t know what is.
