New Year’s Eve is here again and is highly anticipated for more reasons than one. New Year’s Eve is the most photographed night of the year so your outfit can and should be over the top. It’s like Halloween all over again but instead of some ridiculous zombie costume, the point is to look as good as possible. New Years Eve is also the number one night for two important hookups: It’s the #1 night of the year engagements happen and the #1 night of the year for one night stands.
Someone takes a knee and no, they’re not winded from the walk around that long block, they’re about to propose. Or perhaps, the not-so-traditional way of asking for your hand in marriage (if you’re living with that special someone): laying out your spouses outfit for the day or the night and placing the engagement ring inside of their shoe while lounging around watching them get dressed and waiting for them to discover your offer.
Young men and women alike hookup with strangers and wake up the next morning feeling no remorse or regret. It’s like magic. People just blame their animalistic tendencies on the cheap champagne from the night before or attribute it to the excitement for the New Year and high energy from the party they attended. Claiming the start of a new year to be the cause of the temporary lapse in moral sanity.
