Five years from now…
In five years I hope to graduate from either Howard Law School or the University of Baltimore law school.
What are your goals in life?
I aspire to be a public servant and an elected official. I want to better the area I grew up in for future generations. I want to give back to my neighborhood through my political interests. My goals include becoming a Maryland State Delegate for Prince Georges County and hopefully moving up from there to the Senate or possibly the US House of Representatives.
What are you best at and why?
I believe I am best at being a role model for my niece and nephew. They see me working hard in school, bringing home good grades so they do well in school so they can be like their Auntie Danielle.
St. John’s Legacy…
I believe that public service doesn’t start when I become an elected official, it starts now through volunteering and helping in my neighborhood and neighborhoods around me. I hope to leave a legacy of service at St. John’s. I want students to be active and helpful not only on campus but in the queens area. Hopefully through my involvement, it is possible to show students that they can make a difference, even if they aren’t from NY.
