The Board Administration & Black Cobain present “Cheers,” Cobain’s second mixtape under BOA and fourth total. Cobain, who is a graduate of Virgina State University has gained a lot of momentum after releasing “Young Gifted & Black” during last summer. The album features Cobain’s label mates – Wale, J. Holiday and Tre and includes production from Mark Henry, Hello Chi – City and Tone P.
